Shipping Policy

Please review the following policy regarding shipping from our store.

1. Origin of Shipment

All products from our store are shipped directly to customers from our manufacturing base located in Thailand.

2. Made-to-Order Production and Shipping Time (Important)

Our store operates on a made-to-order production basis, where each item is carefully crafted after your order is placed.

  • For most products, please allow approximately 2 to 3 weeks for manufacturing and dispatch after your order is confirmed.
  • For "Artisanal Works" items, due to their intricate nature and meticulous craftsmanship, please anticipate a longer production period of approximately 2 months before dispatch.

Once dispatched, it typically takes an additional 5 to 10 business days for international shipping to reach your hands.

In total, please anticipate approximately 2 to 4 weeks for most products, and around 2.5 to 3 months for "Artisanal Works" items from the date your order is confirmed until delivery. Please note that due to international shipping, this period may be extended due to customs clearance procedures in various countries, carrier conditions, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If you need your order by a specific date, please plan accordingly and place your order with sufficient lead time.

3. Shipping Regions

We deliver our products to customers worldwide. Please check for available shipping countries during checkout. Please note that we may not be able to ship to certain countries or regions.

4. Shipping Carrier

A tracking number will be issued, allowing you to monitor your package's delivery status online.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary depending on the weight, size of your ordered items, and the destination country. These will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

6. Customs Duties and Import Taxes (Important)

Customs duties, import taxes (such as VAT or sales tax), and any other customs-related fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient (the customer). These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees.

These costs will be billed directly to you by the shipping carrier or your country's customs authority upon the product's arrival in your country. If these charges are not paid, the product may be returned to us or disposed of.

We strongly recommend that you contact your local customs office for detailed information regarding these potential charges before placing your order.

7. Damages During Shipping

Our store assumes no responsibility for any damages or breakages that occur during transit. Please contact the shipping carrier directly in such cases.

8. Consolidation of Multiple Orders

Even if multiple orders are placed, they may be shipped separately depending on product readiness and shipping system constraints.

9. Checking Delivery Status

Once your order has been dispatched, you can track its status on the shipping carrier's website using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

10. Unclaimed Packages / Refusal of Receipt

If you are unable to receive your package due to absence, please refer to the delivery notice left by the shipping carrier and arrange for redelivery yourself.

In cases where a package is returned due to prolonged absence or refusal of receipt, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery costs and the return shipping fees (actual costs incurred). If you request a refund, the amount will be processed after deducting any shipping and handling fees incurred.
