Refund Policy

At our store, all products ordered by customers are made-to-order. This means each item is carefully crafted only after we receive your specific order. For this reason, we regret that we cannot accept any returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. We kindly ask you to thoroughly confirm product size, color, texture, and any other details before placing your order.

1. Exceptions for Returns and Exchanges (Strict Conditions)

We will consider a return or exchange only if all the following conditions are met:

  • There is a clear manufacturing defect (e.g., faulty stitching, obvious fabric defects, missing parts, or defects that significantly impair normal use) evident upon arrival of the product, and this can be clearly proven by the customer with photos or other evidence.

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving the product via our [Link to Contact Page], providing detailed information about the defect, including multiple clear photos of the defective area, photos of the entire product, and photos showing the condition of the packaging.

  • The returned item is unused, with all tags and accessories intact.

  • However, damage or breakage that appears to have occurred during shipping is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange by our store. Such damages are considered the responsibility of the shipping carrier. For damages incurred during shipping, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Our store assumes no responsibility for negligence by the shipping carrier.

2. Cases Not Eligible for Returns or Exchanges

The following cases are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:

  • Returns due to customer convenience (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size, ordering error, items in an unsaleable condition due to customer use such as stains, damage, perfume scents, tobacco odors, pet hair from trying on).

  • If more than 7 days have passed since the product arrived.

  • If the product is returned without prior notification.

  • Products clearly marked as non-returnable in their description.

  • Minor individual differences due to manufacturing (e.g., slight size variations, differences in color shade, small loose threads, minor scratches that do not affect product quality, which are inherent to handmade products) are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Refund Process

We will proceed with a refund only if our store determines that the case falls under the "Exceptions for Returns and Exchanges" mentioned above. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (e.g., credit card). Please note that the refund process may take approximately 5 business days to 2 weeks, depending on your payment method.

4. Return Shipping Address

If your case falls under the "Exceptions for Returns and Exchanges," we will provide the return shipping address upon your prior contact. Shipping costs for returns, if deemed a manufacturing defect by our store, will be borne by our store.
