Product Delivery Time
Products will be shipped directly from our manufacturing base in Thailand.
As our products are made-to-order, it typically takes 1 to 2 weeks for production after order confirmation before dispatch. After dispatch, it usually takes an additional 10 to 14 business days for international shipping for the product to reach you. In total, please allow approximately 2 to 4 weeks from order confirmation to delivery. However, due to international shipping, the actual delivery time may be longer than estimated due to customs procedures, delivery conditions in each country, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customs Duties and Import Consumption Tax
Customs duties, import consumption tax, and other customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient (the customer). These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees. Please be aware that these fees will be directly requested by the shipping carrier or customs upon receipt of the product. For more details regarding these fees, please contact your local customs authority.
Shipping
We use international shipping carriers and provide a tracking number for all shipments.
We are not responsible for any damage or breakage that appears to have occurred during shipping. Please contact the shipping carrier directly in such cases.
If a package is returned due to refusal of receipt or prolonged absence, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fees and any return shipping costs incurred.
Returns and Exchanges
As our store operates on a made-to-order basis, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
We will consider a resolution in accordance with our return and refund policy only in cases of initial manufacturing defects upon product arrival, and only if the customer can clearly prove such defects. Please refer to our "Return and Refund Policy" for details.
Return and Refund Policy
Our store operates on a made-to-order system, producing items after receiving your order. Due to this nature, we generally do not accept order cancellations, returns, or exchanges based on customer convenience.
However, exceptions will be made in the following cases:
